What You'll Do
As a Mercedes-Benz Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our customers by:

Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
Performing repairs and maintenance efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
Completing warranty, maintenance, and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership guidelines
Conducting thorough inspections and identifying additional service needs when appropriate
Road testing vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicating clearly with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Participating in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certification programs
Collaborating with technicians, advisors, parts personnel, and management to achieve team success

What We're Looking For

Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Mercedes-Benz experience preferred, but not required
ASE Certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced shop environment

Position Summary
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru and other vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who can work effectively with fellow technicians, service advisors, parts personnel, and management while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Perform maintenance, warranty, and repair services efficiently and accurately
Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors and management
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude
Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and vehicle performance
Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs

Qualifications

Proven ability to diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical systems
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
Subaru certification preferred
ASE Certification is a plus
Factory training preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and safely operate shop equipment and tools
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
