Essential functions, including but not limited to, are as follows:
*Manage Body Shop staff and all processes therein.

*Maintain good working knowledge of collision and paint repair and estimating skills (preferably with CCC One).

*Ensure technician workflows are operating effectively and efficiently and customer needs are prioritized.

*Maintain good working knowledge of parts identification and inventory.

*Document all repairs and orders in accordance with Company processes and procedures.

*Build and maintain excellent rapport and communications with vendors and insurance companies including negotiations with insurance companies.

*Lead service management and reconditioning activities.

*Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and ensure customer satisfaction and departmental quality control.

*Maintain good working knowledge of all state/federal regulations that affect the operation.

*Must be able to speak and read in the English language.

*Must be able to maneuver around the property inside and outside.

*Must be able to use computer and industry standard associated programs.

*Must have a valid driver’s license.

*Must be able to pass background check, drug screening test/physical, driving record, and submit documents for I9.

*Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

*Must have excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service focus.

*Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

*I-Car training and Reynolds experience a plus.
