Essential functions, including but not limited to, are as follows:
*Provide comprehensive product information throughout the sales process, including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drive, delivery/handover and customer service after purchase.
*Greet customers in the sales and service departments and introduce Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep services.
*Provide extensive and customer-oriented product experience and explain complex features based on customers’ actual needs.
*Utilize app and web-based systems to help facilitate the sales process, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent delivery execution.
*Must have excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service focus.
*Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
*Maintain high ethical standards and a professional appearance at all times.
*Must be able to speak and read in the English language.
*Must be able to maneuver around the dealership property inside and outside.
*Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions including the heat, cold, and rain, etc.
*Must be able to use computer and industry standard associated programs.
