What You'll Do

As a Mercedes-Benz Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our customers by:

• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
• Performing repairs and maintenance efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Completing warranty, maintenance, and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership guidelines
• Conducting thorough inspections and identifying additional service needs when appropriate
• Road testing vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicating clearly with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Participating in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certification programs
• Collaborating with technicians, advisors, parts personnel, and management to achieve team success

What We're Looking For

• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Mercedes-Benz experience preferred, but not required
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
