Position: Sales Associate

Kick your sales career into overdrive as part of our professional automotive sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and closing deals the right way.

You won’t just sell vehicles—you’ll create lifetime customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the dealership’s proven sales process
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
• Maintain and update daily inventory reports
• Develop strategies to increase market share
• Collaborate with sales leadership on monthly goals and plans
• Maintain dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and unit sales
• Stay current on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships

Experience & Qualifications

• Sales experience or formal sales training is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
