Position Overview

The Deal Booker is responsible for accurately auditing, posting, and finalizing all new and used vehicle deals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely funding, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit incoming deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Post accounting entries, verify gross profit, and calculate commissions
• Process trade‑ins, including trade payoffs and floorplan payoffs
• Send, track, and reconcile funding
• Reconcile dealer reserve statements
• Remit finance products and maintain related schedules
• Manage and maintain deal‑related accounting schedules with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and uphold high attention to detail

Qualifications

• Prior dealership accounting or office experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar) is a plus
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
