As a Service Advisor with i.g. Burton Auto Group, you’ll work in a well-structured, customer-focused environment where your role is respected and supported. You’ll serve as the key point of contact between our technicians and customers, clearly explaining recommended repairs and maintenance while building trust and long-term relationships. Our goal is simple: give you the tools, support, and work-life balance you need to take great care of customers and build a long-term career with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Work schedule of Monday-Friday 7:30 to 5:30 and no weekends
• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
• Inform customers of needed/ recommended factory maintenance
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Manage extended service contracts
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Job Qualifications

• Dealership experience a plus
• Bi-lingual a HUGE plus
• Energetic/go-getter
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• A love for cars and helping customers with their vehicle needs
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
• Sales experience
