Automotive F&I Manager

With sales volume on the rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained efficiently and correct with each transaction and fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
  • Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Review daily monthly and yearly forecasts
  • Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels
  • Stay current with product knowledge.
  • Maintain a competitive attitude and never lose sight of a productive team spirit
  • Safeguard all customer information
  • Must be deal with multiple car manufacturers

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of F&I Management Experience
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Leadership skills
