What You'll Do

As a General Motors Sales Associate, you'll guide customers through an exceptional vehicle-buying experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and execute the dealership's proven sales process
• Prospect and develop new customer relationships
• Manage the entire sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Showcase and demonstrate our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Maintain and update inventory and customer records
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads and customer follow-up
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and certifications
• Create strategies to grow market share and personal sales performance
• Work closely with sales leadership to achieve monthly goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting dealership performance standards

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications:

• Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven personality
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
