Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow the dealership’s proven sales process
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting new clients to delivering vehicles
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle inventory to customers
  • Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to review monthly performance plans
  • Maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units
  • Stay current on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively

Education & Experience

Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus, but not required. We’re looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
